93pts Decanter
Petit Chablis 2022 Top-Scoring Wines". "Peachy fruit notes, the zesty character with a fine thread of acidity on the long finish. A classy Petit Chablis that balances the ripeness of 2022 with classic Chablis minerality. Dauvissat's Petit Chablis plot lies behind Les Clos, which imparts an extra layer of concentration.
91pts Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
Exhibiting aromas of sweet stone and orchard fruit mingled with lemon oil and clay liquor, Dauvissat's 2022 Petit Chablis is medium-bodied, ample and fleshy, with lively acids and a mouthwateringly mineral finish. (WK)

From a .40 ha holding A ripe yet agreeably fresh nose combines notes of both white and yellow orchard fruit and those of citrus confit and quinine. The rich and very generous medium weight flavors possess a beguiling texture while coating the palate on the nicely dry and sneaky long finish. This could easily be enjoyed young though it appears to have the stuffing to repay short to perhaps mid-term keeping.
James Suckling
Demure and tight, with no lack of concentration or intensity despite its subtle mid-weight. Salty, stony freshness. A Petit Chablis that’s as good as other producers' upper echelons. Refined and very long. This exceptional producer has successfully captured the essence of Chablis despite the warmer vintage and plump wines that have often resulted. Drink or hold.
Vinous
The 2022 Petit Chablis, matured for 6 and 8 months in oak barrels, has a pretty nose with yellow fruit and pressed white flowers. The palate is slightly candied on the entry, with hints of apricot coming through towards the finish. This will surely be difficult to resist once in bottle.
Tasting Notes
A very elegant Chablis terroir nose of minerals. On the palate, some anise like Good and Plenty candy. lemony and citric, a very juicy finish. Just fantastic for a Petit Chablis
Winery Notes
Domaine Vincent Dauvissat is arguably the finest Domaine in Chablis. Established in the 1970s by Robert Dauvissat, the Domaine has passed down from father to son for three generations. Robert’s son René is to thank for establishing the reputation of the Domaine. Vincent began working with his father, René, in the 1970s and today runs the Domaine. A loyal following among France’s most esteemed restaurateurs sharply limits the availability of Dauvissat wines for export. Despite limited quantities, the wines have attracted the praise and attention of critics worldwide.
