This juicy yet firm red has notes of sour cherries, orange rind, mulberries and sweet mint. It’s medium-bodied, crunchy and pleasantly rustic. Drink or hold.

Winemaker Notes

Pale ruby red color with evident garnet reflections deriving from the maturation process. On the nose it is fine, intense and harmonious with a broad and complex bouquet with notes of black fruits, tobacco, clove and leather. Excellent harmony and body enriched by great persistence and an excellent acidity.

To be combined with large dishes of red meat, furred and feathered game. It is advisable to uncork the bottle and possibly decant at least one hour before consumption.

Blend : Sangioveve, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah.
