Young, fresh, and bold, 3055 chardonnay is the perfect accompaniment to any occasion. A bright, fresh and fruity white wine for modern palates. It is made with Chardonnay grapes from his estate. It is characterized by its intense notes of tropical fruit and its long and persistent aftertaste. Fresh, long and elegant on the palate, with a long and balanced finish.

Perfect with seafood, octopus and cuttlefish. Good companion for grilled blue fish, sole or hake.

The number 3055 represents Jean Leon’s taxi driver’s licence in New York, and reveals the man behind the legend, the humble origins of an idealist who achieved his dream of founding the most famous restaurant in Hollywood and creating a wine bearing his name.
