This vintage of veteran winemaker Jules Taylor's classic SB is singing. Bright and bouncy, with passionfruit, lemon-lime, pink grapefruit, fresh tarragon, and basil aromas. The palate is zippy and fresh, a shooting star of acidity amidst an intriguing creamy-pithy texture combo, with a wild edge to the long herb-flecked citrus finish that makes the mouth water for more.

Very classy, showing flint, stone and lemon aromas and flavors. Medium-bodied with oyster shells, bright acidity and a crisp finish. Salty at the end. Subtle.

The signature dish. When Jules talks about Sauvignon Blanc, clouds part and celestial choirs sing. This is the wine Jules loves because it is so expressive of the site where it’s grown. It’s a grape that, within a row - and even within a bunch - has a mind-blowing range of full-throttle flavour, just the way Jules likes it.
