Kentaro Penguin Nigori Sake features a creamy texture and a sweet profile with tasting notes of vanilla, fresh cream, and white peach, offering a luxurious mouthfeel and a pleasingly mild finish. 

Brewery Description

Established in 1925, Kentaro brewery is located in the Fushimi district of Kyoto, blessed with an abundance of underground spring water (famously named Fushimizu after the region and known for its medium hard quality) which is ideal for producing sake, as well as premium rice. The combination produces a mild and smooth sake style. A museum was founded on property in 2016 where visitors can learn about sake and craft beer production. They are the oldest craft beer bewery in Kyoto, and make the famous Kyoto Beer.
