Winemaker's Notes

We get ripe blueberries, lots of earth, warm woody notes and just a hint of green peppercorn. It finishes as a well-rounded, ripe and juicy red wine that will pair with everything you could ever want to grill. 

Food Pairing : grilled steak (or seasoned tempeh) and bell pepper fajitas, pao de queijo (Brazilian cheesy poofs), Portobello burgers, roasted beet and farro salad
