A smoky red with aromas of embers, graphite, earth, flowers, licorice, black cherries and prunes. Soft palate with silky tannins, a medium body and slightly lifted refreshing acidity. Drink or hold.

Winemaker Notes

Le Berne Vino Nobile di Montepulciano has a ruby red color of good concentration, intense aromas with evident fruity notes and hints of wild berries, cherry and vanilla. On the palate, it is full, round, and persistent with a good tannic component.

It is a classic pairing with roasted red and white meats and cheeses.
