Our cannoneer pays homage to founder and Navy veteran Bruce Markham who signaled the start of each year’s grape harvest by firing his miniature cannon in the vineyard.

Nestled within Markham’s iconic Stone Cellar, our wines develop their signature depth and richness while aging in French oak barrels, stacked six high.

Sourced exclusively from Napa Valley, this Cabernet Sauvignon reflects the diverse character of the region’s premier growing areas. Fruit from Calistoga and St. Helena brings richness and concentrated dark fruit depth, while sites in Yountville and Oak Knoll contribute balance, freshness, and refined structure. The addition of mountain fruit from Atlas Peak elevates the blend with lifted aromatics and supple tannins. Together, these AVAs create a quintessential Napa Valley Cabernet—layered, expressive, and crafted with on-premise versatility in mind.
