This highly meticulous estate in the Coteaux de l’Aubance, part of the Anjou-Villages appellation, is managed by the Biotteau family. Now in its fourth generation of winemaking, the family remains deeply committed to caring for their land. This beautifully nuanced Chenin Blanc originates from the village of Saint-Jean-de-Mauvrets, where the vineyards are rooted in chalky limestone soils. It opens with fresh lemon blossom and honey on the nose, followed by a palate of juicy white peach, lime, and a distinctive slate-driven minerality.
