Winery Notes:

Our 2021 Proprietary Cuvée delivers an abundance of bright fruit wrapped in slowly unfolding layers of complexity. The nose offers blackberry, boysenberry, and brambly blackcurrant aromas interwoven with fresh pencil shavings and a hint of earth. A luminous boysenberry core melts into honeyed raspberry notes with bright cranberry acidity and a touch of mocha and baking spice. Gentle gravel-infused tannins support the lithe, medium body and guide the wine into a fragrant finish of red plum, mixed berries, and coffee bean.

Blackberry, blueberry, and cherry fruit are prominent on the nose as they mix with sweet
wood notes, wet stone, tobacco box, and violets. Layers of peppery black and blue fruit are
plush on the pallet showing undertones of graphite and licorice, with the textural aspect of
fine and dusty tannins resolving to a savory, mouth watering finish.
This cuvee offers loads of complexity and versatility, working great as a standalone glass, or
with savory food pairings. A great buy for anyone looking for a house wine that over delivers
on quality.
