Chamomile, peaches, melon, apple crumble and praline on the nose, with some vanilla bean and flint. Full-bodied, flavorful and toasty, with bright acidity giving drive and direction. 

Tasting Notes

An aromatic and complex bouquet of baked apple, floral and balsamic notes, layered with nutty tones and a hint of minerality. The palate is fresh, rounded and balanced, with lovely texture and finishes with stone fruits and a touch of almond.
