Winemaker's Notes

A blend of 50% Ovum Big Salt (which is a blend of Riesling and Gewurztraminer) and 50% Skin Contact Pinot Gris. Expect big flavors of juicy tangerine, tart hibiscus, ginger, and banana that is cut beautifully with some herby salinity to feel like a late summer bonfire at the beach.
