Winemakers Notes

APPEARANCE: Clean, bright, and intense. It has a straw-yellow color with steely reflections and a subtle evolution towards golden tones.
NOSE: A complex and intense aroma. Prominent notes of ripe fruit such as pear and baked apple stand out, over a citrus and gummy candy background. Hints of sourdough are also perceived, along with hints of peach and banana.
PALATE: Fresh and persistent, with an intense and vertical entry. Citrus notes are more pronounced. A sharp and vibrant sensation, well balanced.
