Winemaker Notes

This Bourgogne Blanc 2021 is a 100% organic Chardonnay produced by Domaine Rémi Jobard. Produced from a 50-year-old Chardonnay plot in the Meursault appellation, on clay-limestone soil, this wine is balanced, fresh and harmonious.

Tasting Notes

Bright lemon yellow in colour. Reveals a harmonious bouquet of orchard fruits with floral, enhanced by a touch of grilled almonds. Great minerality on a wave of citrus fruits in the mouth, lengthening all in a lemony final. It will perfectly accompany fish or seafood with a lemon sauce.

Winery Notes

The Domaine Rémi Jobard produces precise and exquisite wines. The work of the vineyard was done entirely by hand, and the yield was greatly reduced. He opened the vineyard to organic farming. This series of changes brought the necessary fresh air to the Domaine and its wines. In a few years, Rémi Jobard has changed his Meursault vineyard and provided fine wines.
