Deep ruby ​​red with purple reflections, compact and persistent foam. Intense, persistent, fruity with notes of raspberry jam, blueberry, blackberry.

Pair with: Dry desserts, almond paste, fruit tarts and mature blue cheeses.

Winemaker Notes

Legend has it: once Judas died he regretted his betrayal of Jesus, so after being forgiven he was resurrected in Broni, in Oltrepò Pavese. The citizens, recognizing him, wanted to kill him, but Judas cured the vines of diseases, so the locals dedicated the name of the wine to him, hence the name Blood of Judas.
