Winery Notes

Steele ferments the majority of their Cuvée in barrel and aged the wine sur-lie for about eight months. The Red Hills fruit adds a tropical character to the wine, flavors and aroma of mango, pineapple, and papaya. The Big Valley fruit attributes citrus character and acid to the Cuvée.
