Winemaker Notes

Our Sauvignon Blanc from Lake County, California, is beautifully expressive right out of the bottle. Honeydew melon, lime peel, and white floral notes jump from the glass. This wine is nicely textured and somewhat rounded on the pallet, providing juicier fruits such as peach and guava. The racy acidity is present throughout, causing a mouth-watering sensation with each taste. While the finish is extremely clean and satisfying, the mineral-driven florals and subtle salinity provide a nice layer of complexity.
