The 2023 Langhe Nebbiolo Perbacco pours a transparent red hue and offers delicate aromas of spiced cherries, cranberries, dried herbs, and dusty earth. Medium-bodied, it is approachable now but still shows savory depth and a gentle mineral richness through the finish. The wine includes younger fruit from Ravera and Novello in this vintage and was aged roughly 18 months in barrique and large cask. 85,000 bottles were produced. Drink 2026-2032.

Winemaker Notes

Fruity with hints of mint, spices and candy. Round and elegant tannins add to a long and refined finish. Robust, intense, and powerful in its youth while complex and elegant with aging.

Pair with stews, game dishes, roasted red meats and mature cheeses.
